Every project starts as a model. We check connections and tolerances virtually before a single part is made – meaning less coordination effort and more certainty on site.

For a metal façade on a timber substructure, we planned the fixing of the perforated sheet-metal panels above the windows entirely in 3D. A carefully matched screw layout keeps the surfaces smooth and free of dents, while the model accounts for the different ways timber and metal react to temperature and moisture.

Starting from the 2D section of the north portal, we developed a complete 3D model. Aluminium profiles, steel substructure and connections are worked out in full detail – a reliable basis for fabrication and installation.
